Open and print a receipt generated only after the mobile-money provider confirms the transaction.

Report maintenance, damage, missing items, complaints or suggestions and keep the complete response history.

Booking journey

Room pricing, capacity and photos come from the live property inventory.

Your booking reference and mobile number remain connected throughout payment.

Choose an enabled provider and confirm the collection on your own phone.

After payment confirmation, set a password and enter the private resident portal.

Eligible residents can request the same room during the renewal window, then pay the booking deposit before the configured deadline.

Booking confirmations, payment receipts and staff support replies appear in the resident portal as private updates.
